Clean & Comfy. The complimentary dove soap made my skin feel super smooth. Still thinking about those hot cinnamon rolls they had at the breakfast buffet.
The staff at this hotel is super nice and will always make you feel welcome. 10/10 for Kennedy she is truly amazing and is always taking care if her guests. Make my girl a manager! 10/10 for the man that takes care of the food and food area, always clean, always friendly.
We had the pleasure of saying a Holiday Inn in Hope Mills. Nitza was amazing. She helped make the check-in process extremely smooth and was very personable. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will absolutely be staying again. Employees like that are difficult to find especially at this day and age. Any company would be very lucky to have her! Thank you Nitza!!
They really need to get smart TVs for their rooms in 2026! Overall good stay though!

The breakfast was amazing! The staff were on top of keeping things clean by not only wiping tables down but the chairs and other seats and making sure the floor was clean. The staff seemed to be really nice too however when we got to our room the carpet by the ac was completely soaked and giving a foul smell. My boyfriend called the front desk to tell them about the carpet/ac issues but whoever answered told him the reason the carpet was wet was because they had just had the carpets clean. If that were the case the whole carpet would be damp, not soaked. The smell was from the carpet was so bad we ended up taking a trip to the walmart right down the road at 10:30pm for febreeze.
The staff at this hotel is both professional and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure that guests are satisfied. From the front desk personnel to the cleaning team and those who serve breakfast, the staff is simply outstanding. I would like to give special recognition to Mr. Bo for his warm hospitality. I felt welcome and safe. Room had everything I needed for a short business stay. Clean room, friendly, competent, and efficient staff who went out of their way to ensure I was well taken care of. Great AC! Plenty of hot water with good pressure. Housekeeping service provided without me having to request it (a rarity in hotels recntly!) Plenty of parking. Managers reception was a pleasant surprise.
